Life isn't about how many people you know, what you can attain or other vain pursuits.
It is about opening your heart to love someone,
opening your eyes and hands to the needs of others and
opening your soul to The One who created you.

Life is about growing and changing.
Every day is a new opportunity to stretch yourself and
choose a little better than you did the day before.

There will be mountains of rejoicing and valleys of sorrow
and everyone must walk their own path, no two are the same.
But we are blessed when there are those
who will take us by the hand and walk beside us.

No matter how dark or lonely our walk becomes,
we can look with anticipation and hope
because we are directed and lovingly guided
by the hands of our Heavenly Father through this sacred journey.
And one day, if we prove faithful, we will receive the ultimate reward.

I Have Always Loved A Challenge...

Challenges give me a chance to push myself. I know some people panic when faced with a deadline or a challenge but I work well when I'm faced with one or both. I'm very goal oriented. I work harder when I want to achieve something and I do even better when I have a date to achieve it by.

This year is about FINISHING for me. My health is something I've been working on improving for a few years and this year is no different. It's something that never ends. I have an appointment this Friday to see a new doctor that I've been very interested in for awhile. I am hoping she can help with the many underlying health issues I have. She integrates her training in Western medicine with Holistic treatments and other alternative therapies. I'm very hopeful about my first visit with her.

I am also blessed that while I love sharing fragrance with people through Scentsy, we have been given the gift of Marlo Salomonson and Adam Branstetter, who are the geniuses behind Scentsy Fit Club and our own personal cheerleaders! They are incredible and work to keep the Home Office staff and Consultants healthy and working out.

I'm grateful to our CEO and President, Orville and Heidi Thompson, for such an amazing opportunity. They really do care that we as moms, dads, women, men, daughters, sons, husbands and wives, live longer and healthier lives.

Here is what I signed up for and the details of what I'm striving to achieve each day! Feel free to check in on me and encourage me along the way if you want. If you would like to join me in improving your health, please leave me a comment. Allow me to encourage you in this! :) We can do it!!
